Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Ahmedabad was registered under the societies registration act XXI of 1860 in 1950-51. The founders were :

  • Shree G. S. Kabnurkar

The constitution of the institute was formed and passed with the signature of :

The constitution was revised in 2000 and the name of the institution was changed to Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Trust Ahmedabad.
